I offer an integrated approach to health care that considers mind, body and spirit. Good health begins with a healthy diet and healthy beliefs, emotions and feelings. Many illnesses can be traced back to long term emotional issues or the wrong diet, and stress, anxiety, depression and emotional issues are often the result of belief systems that no longer serve us. I use a variety of modalities including counseling, Reiki, sound and crystal therapy, psychic readings with tarot, angel cards and oracle cards. I use a holistic approach to diet that emphasizes the acid/alkaline high vibration diet, tailored to you, your likes and dislikes, and tolerance for changes to your diet.

I can help with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, weight issues, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, allergies, arthritis, diabetes, cancer survival, grief, loss and much more. My goal as a drugless practitioner is to help you get well and stay healthy without recourse to medication, supplementation or surgery.

I hold a PhD in Holistic and Natural Health and Healing and I’m a Reiki Master Teacher (Holy Fire II).  I am certified by Reiki.org and Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
